Grey Water System

Grey Water is wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom sinks, washing machines, dishwashers and kitchen sinks: any source in your home other than toilets. 60% of all the water we have in our home is greywater. The concentration of the UAE population in multi-storey buildings in urban areas makes residential water conservation, including greywater recycling, a highly attractive option for reducing water demand and wastewater generation. There are two types of filtration that might be installed:

  • Media filtration
  • Ultrafiltration

GWSUltrafiltration systems eliminate the need for clarifiers and multimedia filters. Standard design is based on a UF module with outside-in flow configuration which allows for less plugging, higher solids loading, higher flow area and easy cleaning.
